THE HISTORY
With more than 10 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and photography, founder Fredy Pagan gives life to OnePoint Studios. With the fusing of its personal ventures, OnePoint has gained a surprising momentum since its conception in February 2007.
With the rising need for multimedia marketing and promotion, many clients were forced to seek out different company for their various projects. Many times clients sought companies to design and print their flyer and brochures while another company was hired for the photography of the models or merchandise, all the while a third company was contracted to develop and market their website. Here at OnePoint you get the experience of all three markets spread across each of the componets: web, graphics, and photography.
OUR UNIQUE STYLE
An interesting aspect of our work style lies within our unique style of customer service. “Meeting our clients face to face is very important for us. Many design companies and designers over the internet simply take orders and present you with the design you paid for. It’s not like that with us. Where’s the interaction? How can you promote a site, a company, or someone else’s product without having some type of interaction or personable “intimacy” with the client.”
WHAT THEY SAY
“A lot of our clients were unhappy with their current designers. It was either that their designers were never able to be reached or they were simply ready to move on with the next phase of their marketing strategy.” As one client stated, “It’s much easier to just go to one person and have them do all your work, rather than hoping around town trying to get the best deal.”
EDUCATION IS PRIORTY
“We want the best for our clients. In our experience with customers we see that many of our clients have very little knowledge in design, they simply want the job done. Our purpose is to educate them and then inspire them. To see the potential they have in and of themselves. Like an old passage that says, ‘…people perish from a lack of knowledge…”
OUR THEMES
As every letter that is written in a book comes together to tell a story, so does every pixel of every graphic or photo we create tells the story of our journey as a company. We are as people and as a company are constantly growing and reinventing ourselves through our work pushing our creativity to it's limits with every project we face. This is our journey as OnePoint...
THE OIL RIG - [ v1 ]
Conceived in May 2007 as a simple "under construction" graphic, who in it's timing becomes so much more. Its symbol and concept is the establishing of a presence in the middle of what some can describe as beauty and the serenity of the ocean, yet some see it as a desolate and lonely place to be. For us it's a field of treasure waiting to be discovered and explored. "Oil" is not just our "gold" but the power we seek that drives us. It's the dedication, hard work, and character of our staff that helps us strive to be the best we can be regardless of our surroundings. It's what we know. It's how our heart beats. Some say we are crazy or that we don't know enough. And that's ok. We know where we stand. We're not pretending to be like everyone else. We are just us. doing our own thing, in the middle of an ocean that's so much bigger than us.
THE BRIDGE - [ v2 ]
Conceived in October 2007 while on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City crossing from Brooklyn to Manhattan. It was a moment in time where I was high above all things. Over the waters, passing vehicles, over much of the city high above in the skies. Being mentored by a close friend in photography is where this beloved city photograph was taken. In a place that links two lands together. It is here that we have embarked our ship from the Oil Rig to meet those that will bless us, mentor us, and give us what we need as we travel deeper into our business and personal lives. The BRIDGE is our symbol of the things that pass us by, of the things we look foward to, of the things that wait for us below, and of the place where we now stand. It is here on this bridge that we are stand over the waters, in between the lands, under the sky, suspended in air. What endless posibilities can we posses during this time?
THE CRIMSON WAR - [ v3 ]
In the essence of all, there is always a struggle to be fought. A fight for what is to be good and true and for those that assume their purpose is for a greater good but is not. Though we have crossed a bridge and are far from where we began, we have undoubtingly fallen into a fight. For who shall stand and who shall overcome? Is it he that dreamt the vision or he who pretends to be of a vision but runs when war seems to go so wrong? It is here that we take our stand. In a time where all seems to go so wrong. Where the blood has been shed from this ongoing battle, THE CRIMSON WAR. Where all appears to have been stolen and all seems to have not gone as it should have. There have been casualties and a many loss. The night has grown cold and the moon's light has been covered by the night's clouds. Yet after the night there must come a dawn and after the dawn comes the day and the Son's light shall shine again. But to all you who have attempted to take this city by storm, do not confuse me for your own. For though it may appear my death be eminant, my life has only but been reborn. For my fight is not against flesh or blood but against all that my eyes cannot see. All that is mine shall be returned. All that was promised shall come to pass. All that was taken given back seventy-fold. Let me not be the judge of you but let your own testimony testify against you. I shall not stop my walk but continue to all that this city was destined for me to have. So let what was to end begin again. For I am OnePoint
OPS1 - [ v4 ]
When faced with your limits it's when you have to reinvent and seperate yourself and find the limitless wonders of what awaits you. Life is an endless journey. There's no real end just another beginning in which we encounter. It's about expanding and what better place to expand than in the endless wonders of space. Where new life and it's abundacy have yet to be explored. Where there are no limits, nothing to stop you but yourself. Where things flow on it's own and beauty can take it's own natural course. This is the nature of OPS1, the lifeforce of what is at the center of this world. Where anything is possible. A dream. A vision. A world of it's own. Where you can float in the wonders of your mind and let things of the deep breathe life. To expand and expand our territory. To transalte, interpret, design and create all that is unseen. It's the way of our people. "Space the final frontier. To seek out new life and new civilations. To boldy go where no man has gone before. These are the voyages of..." that big ship in the sky that's lasted over 30 years still sparking the creativity in the minds of it's viewers. To keep on pushing and working and striving to become something new and lively.
