The shortest amount of time a campaign can run is for sixty (60) days. The first thirty (30) days you may or may not see results due to the initial run. The following thirty (30) days would be the comparing results. After the 60 day period you can determine if the campaign would continue for another contract and what campaigns would run for the following term.

Campaigns would include the monitoring of all your network assets, running of the details of your created campaign, the design of any marketing materials (graphics, flyers, etc ), and/ or updating any internet presence for campaigns (websites). You would also receive weekly progress reports including stats, views, and more of your campaigns.

The cost of designing your CD album would be based on how extensive your album will be, the elements you wish to include, and the level of design required. Elements can range from but not limited to the following: Cover album art and the number of panel associated, underlying CD carriage, CD label, CD back cover, booklets and the number of page incorporated and more.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Phase 1 - Design. After receiving your design specifications and requirements we create and submit up to 3 design samples for your approval. You get up to three (3) additional revision sessions for any edits you wish to make.

Phase 2 - Packaging. Once you've approved your final design, it will be sent via email or download according to the specifications stated at the beginning of the project. Any balances due must be paid upon release

WEB DESIGN
Phase 1 - Design. After receiving your design specifications and requirments we create and submit a design sample for your approval. You get up to five (5) additional revision sessions for any edits you wish to make. The design samples is soley a graphical representaion of organization and the overal layout of how the website should look like at launch. Some elements may change due to actual functionality.

Phase 2 - Construction. Once the final design template is approved, we begin the coding process of a single web page. The web page in most part should function properly however links to other pages or sections of the site may not work.

Phase 3 - Implementation. After approving the constructed web page, all of the relevant content and assets should have been finalized, proof-read, and submitted. All of the content would be implemented into the rest of the pages of the site. This would include networking links URL's, photos, content, graphics, video, etc.

Phase 4 - Lauch. The completed designed site would need to be approved and finalized before launch. The site would be hosted on a private link that is not accessible from the general public. Once approved and all balances paid, site will be made avaible from the domain name.

When referring to updates, we refer to adding, removing, or editing of elements on a website. This would include but is not limited to changing any content, photos, images, graphics, video, links, pages, sections, wording, etc. Maintenance is the up keeping of back end functions of the website. Making sure that all email address, domain names, hosting service, and other back end functionality of the website is running efficiently and properly. Updates are performed as they are received on a per instances basis while site maintenance jobs are done periodically or as requested due to some major change or addition.

All of our photo shoots are done through WPagan Photography. Be sure you are ready with details and purpose of your session, whether it be covering an event, model portfolio, family portraits, corporate shoot or band/artists pictures. During our consultation we attempt to make the relationship between model(s) and photographer as pleasant as possible. Understanding and communication is key as for as ideas, concepts, and overall feeling in regards to the shoot. While the shoot we make you feel at home amongst friends while in a professional setting. At times there may be assistants, stylists, videographers, other staff members or a personal friend of your choice at a given session. Persons attending the shoot are solely there to work or to accompany you during your shoot and should not interfere with the shooting progress. During the session you will be consulted in progress of the photos and encouraged to think outside of the box.

Once the session is done, the photos can be reviewed however agreed frames from session will not be distributed until after photos are retouched and corrected. All photos are retouched and color corrected. Retouching involves the removal of minor blemishes or background elements. After retouching you will have the opportunity to reveiw all of the final via an online gallery or in person at a scheduled meeting.
